When you purchase this product, we will send you a professionally printed custom Service Dog ID Card / Assistance Dog ID Card, printed by us, here in the UK!
We will print your dog cards / Assistance Dog ID Card onto an ISO Credit Card Sized (86 x 54mm) 100% Recycled Plastic Card. Cards will be printed on both sides.
You can upload a photo of your dog on this page. We can crop the photo if you do not have or know how to supply a cropped photo. Please try and send an isolated/portrait photo of your dog (e.g. photos without people or other background objects).
As well as printing the photo on your Service Dog ID Card, we will also print your dog’s name on the card, underneath their photo. Please ensure you check for typos as we will copy and paste the name you provide.
Your Service Dog ID Card will be sent with the following items:
- 20mm Coloured Lanyard (In your chosen colour) – This will enable you to wear the card around your neck.
- Enclosed Portrait ID Card Holder – This will protect the card from damage/wear and tear and will easily connect to your lanyard.
