Our Dye Sublimation Printing (4 Colour CMYK) process is the perfect way to design your Personalised Lanyards. With this method, you can have custom logos & graphics printed in bright colours resulting in a wipe-resistant, high-quality polyester lanyard neck strap.

All personalised lanyards are compatible with our range of id badge holders.
Our lanyard printing service doesn’t have any hidden or additional charges for multiple colours or two-sided printing.
After ordering, we will create an artwork mock-up with the logo/text /artwork you send to us.
We highly recommend sending us vector files for logos/graphics as this will produce the best possible print quality.
Low-resolution and blurry images will result in poor print quality.
Unlike “screen printing,” which has limitations on colours, one of the benefits of our Sublimation Personalised Lanyards is the ability to create your lanyards with complex or multiple colours. We can also print gradients and patterns.
Our minimum order quantity for dye sublimation lanyards is 100. The advised turnaround time (9–12 working days) also shown at the top of the page is the average time from artwork proof approval of orders less than 1,000 lanyards.
The time above is calculated using production times from orders placed in the last three months. Orders may be completed before or after the advised date subject to workload and material availability. It is not a guaranteed production time.
All of our personalised lanyards include one safety breakaway and a trigger clip attachment (lobster clip also available). Orders for Yo-Yo reel clips, less than 300 are limited to Black, White and Red reel colours.

Easy ordering process. I received my artwork mock-up the next day.
I like the proof document they get you to sign as it details all the specifics of the lanyard.
It took about two weeks which is sooner than the 15 working days I was quoted.
Very happy with the finished product. Will be back next year. Thanks to Cameron for your help and prompt responses even with my out of hours emails!

I ordered this with Next day delivery. I ordered 300 in the evening so didnt expect them to arrive the day after ordering.
I didnt read the description at the top about the production time so i had an embarrassing conversation with my line manager.
The lanyards were made a bit quicker than the production time and it was delivered next day.
I think personal lanyards shouldn’t be so expensive as businesses don’t have money for this sort of stuff but they are cheaper than our old supplier.
Just make sure you read the effing description before ordering unlike silly me.

Hi Elisa! Unfortunately, it is not possible to order 1 custom lanyard per design. The minimum quantity of 100 applies to all widths/specifications.
