The word ‘NHS’ has been printed in white throughout the lanyard.

I only work part-time so will need to wait a few days to see whether your e-mail code is in my NHS e-mail box. Most ‘spam’ e-mails are blocked by our server so not sure what I need to do if this is the case. Will my order be sent or will I be refunded??

I can see from our previous correspondence with you that you have ordered an NHS item from us but do not wish to confirm that you work for the NHS.
As mentioned on the product page, checkout and order confirmation emails, we do not send NHS items to people who cannot confirm they work for the NHS. We also personally explained this to you in your emails to us.
On your email from 16/08, you stated that you still did not wish to confirm your service in the NHS, we sent you the link to cancel your order for a refund.

This company said in an email that I was contacted on 3 different dates about my order.
1 the email which I was contacting the company was my NHS email account.
2 I had to contact the company several times to ask why has my order was not delivered. The contact I was talking to said the needed my NHS email and to email a code which I never received.
Very disappointed that when I was contacting the companies representative not once did they mention these where out of stock
The company stated that the back order was to be received on the 16/5/2020 and would send out first class delivery up to now 23/5/2020 still nothing
